Key Replacement Request

We only issue key replacements if you have no access to your safe.

If you can still access your safe through either the key lock or digital lock, then you can simply replace the component that you don't have access too.

If you cannot access your safe at all then please read the below and prepare all documentation and send it to us before purchasing.

Key Request

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we treat a key request as an absolute last resort and as such the process is very involved.

Make sure you have exhausted every possible option to find your key / override key before undertaking this process.

What we need:

·         Copy of Driver’s License (Verified at Police Station)

·         Copy of Firearm License (Verified at Police Station)

·         Picture of the Safe

·         Picture of the Serial Number

·         Signed Statutory Declaration stating that you are the owner of the safe, have legal access to the safe and the reason for the request (e.g. Lost Keys Etc)

Once we have received and confirmed all documentation, we can attempt to get keys for your safe, this is not guaranteed as we only keep key records for a short period of time before they are permanently deleted for security reasons.

The keys can take up to 30 days to be cut and shipped from our lock manufacturer.

Once we have confirmed the documents and sourced the keys there is a $200.00 charge.

What you will receive:

·         A single key, which will get you access to the safe.

·         New key lock system that comes with 2 keys. This will be installed in place of your existing lock.

This means that the lost set if found by and unauthorised person cannot be used to gain access to the safe.

Please note, if you still have access to the safe in any capacity you do not need to get a key, you can simply buy a replacement lock set, please contact us to assist you with which lock to get.
